Construction Estimator/Junior Estimator - The job responsibilities of the Junior Estimator are:
- Read, understand and apply project specifications to job cost estimate.
- Initiate and maintain constructive relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Draft, release and enforce project scopes of work through bidding process.
- Research and scout potential manufacturing locations.
- Prepare quantitative take-off calculations.
- Prepare project submittal documents for client review.
- Maintain communication with client throughout bidding process.
- Develop project schedule.
- Analyze cost implications of various project scenarios and strategies.

Project Superintendent - This individual will: Plan, coordinate, and manage all project operations in the casting facility or at the project jobsite. This is a full time at the project site position (100% Travel) that may require monthly visits to the corporate office for project meetings with Executive Management. Rotondo Weirich expects and welcomes multi-level collaboration from the Project Superintendent to ensure successful execution of a project.

Form Maintenance Technician - Assemble and disassemble forms on site based on production schedule. Modify and enhance the functionality of the steel forms to satisfy design and production requirements. Perform regular maintenance to assure that the forms meet highest safety standards as well as all design tolerances are maintained.

Production Supervisor - This individual's role will include the following:
- Organize daily production crews with Area Foremen to ensure labor is fully and efficiently utilized.
- Supervise all activities on pad to ensure daily production requirements are met.
- Supervise Molds including changeovers.
- Organize and monitor material used during production and help track usage to ensure uninterrupted casting.
- Provide daily (verbal) progress reports to Project Superintendent, maintaining an open line of communication regarding all production matters.

Finish Supervisor - This individual's role will include the following:
- Organize daily finishing department crews with Area Foremen to ensure labor is fully and efficiently utilized.
- Supervise all finishing work including, patch and repair, block-fill, epoxy two part paint spraying and back rolling, furniture installation including windows and doors, and caulking.
- Organize and monitor material used during production and help track usage to ensure uninterrupted casting.
- Provide daily (written and verbal) progress reports to Project Superintendent and maintain an open line of communication regarding all finishing area issues.
- Work closely with QC/QA department to assure that all standards are being met.
