Title: Carrie Davis is Promoted to V.P. of Corporate Development
Carrie Davis has been promoted to Vice President of Corporate Development. Carrie is in her tenth year at Rotondo Weirich, and has served as Chief Estimator since 2005.
In her tenure as Chief Estimator, every project bid under her leadership has been profitable. Since late 2007, Rotondo Weirich has sustained the position as market share leader in modular correctional construction. Carrie has led with focus on building relationships with subcontractors and vendors, and manages with attention to the global impact to our organization. Her responsibilities have grown to include membership in RW’s Strategic Group, management of the full preconstruction bid effort, RW Middle East business development, oversight in our recruiting and employee relations, and contributions in marketing. She is a chair of RW’s Leadership Development Committee, a member of Vistage, Intl., and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
In her new role, Carrie will oversee the human resources department as well as the marketing department. She will lead the effort in further building the RW brand on a global level, and focus on both internal and external communications for the company.
