Form Maintenance Technician
Department: Operations
Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble and disassemble forms on site based on production schedule.
- Modify and enhance the functionality of the steel forms to satisfy design and production requirements.
- Perform regular maintenance to assure that the forms meet highest safety standards as well as all design tolerances are maintained.
Additional Skills:
- Must work well in team and group situations.
- Must be able to successfully communicate with all levels of the RW team.
