RW Middle East, has started work on an investment housing contract awarded to the Iraqi Developer Sama Al Douh Contracting and Real Estate Investments by the Iraqi Ministry of Housing. The project represents approximately $98M US dollars' worth of work.

This 6-room, 4-bedroom villa demonstrates the speed, strength, security, and sustainability of precast modular construction; an ideal combination for housing in the Middle East.
RW shipped framework from the US to Iraq and specialized supervisors temporarily moved to Iraq to manage and train local workers in this new skill set. The knowledge and skills they learned will now trickle down to others and be used on future projects.
All materials and equipment used to build the villa were procured locally from areas throughout the Middle East.
The villa is complete with interior finishes, electrical, and plumbing fixtures is open for viewing and demonstration purposes. The team intends to expand construction activities to other areas and countries in the Middle East.
